Life lately, family pictures

Hello, Hello Hello!!!

As with every single time I am gone from my blog I have missed it.  I know I say it each time but I swear I am going to try and update this more regularly.  It is not an excuse, but for some reason I find it super hard to commit time and effort to something that is simply a hobby for me. I feel so guilty taking time away from my family or things that need done around the house to create content for my blog.  With that being said, I realize it is kind of silly and I also realize it is important for us all take a little “me” time once in a while (like every day!) to do whatever in the heck makes us happy…read, meditate, yoga, write/blog, nap…whatever it is let’s all promise to take a minute for ourselves without feeling the guilt.

Can I get an AMEN?!?! 

Ok…rant over…sorry about that!

Since it has been awhile,  rather then try to fill you in on what we have been up to I just figured I would show you our recent family pictures…because I love family pictures.  I don’t love organizing clothes/getting ready for family pictures, but I am always sooooo happy that we got them. 

The last couple of years we have had the amazing Megan from Anchor Images take our photos and we love them so much. I have made the executive decision to only do mini sessions the last several years.(meaning they last like 10 minutes, no outfit changes and you usually get about 8ish photos)   My husband and my daughter want nothing to do with long photo shoots, so we compromise and I am okay with that.

I give to you the French Family Photos 2017 (minus the two dogs and one cat…because seriously we barely got ourselves to this session, there was no way in actual hell we were going to also get the animals to cooperate!!!)
